Visions for Morgantown Public Library System
This work was done with Margaret Sullivan Studio as part of a larger Master Facilities Plan for Morgantown Public Library in West Virginia. The entire project involved many phases including community engagement, research of patron demographics, suggested library programming to serve those populations, assessment of existing library facilities, opportunities under the WV State Tourism Department, and a regional analysis of Monongalia County. The illustrations were part of an effort to bring to life ideas about what libraries in the 21st century can be.

Considering the needs of artists with different mediums, the variety of spaces foster an immersive environment where nature and play can support individual and collective artistic exploration.
ParksWood
Addressing the NYC Parks Department’s call to make better use of the 12,000 street trees annually cut down, ParksWood integrates itself within the city’s existing systems and proposes repurposing 100% of the trees. This urban sawmill is designed as a new site for milling reclaimed wood, for workforce training in traditional woodworking and robotic research, as well as for production of Parks procured outdoor furniture products.
